Policies at the Inn
Deposit Policy
When a guest books a reservation, they must pay 50% of the total charges upfront.
No-Show Policy
If a guest is a no-show, their card will be charged the remaining amount of the total charges and they will forfeit their initial 50% deposit.
Check-in Policy
Upon check-in, 100% of the remaining balance will be captured.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in - no deposits will be held. If canceled between 30 and 14 days prior to check-in - The initial 50% deposit will be held. If canceled within 14 days prior to check-in - the full balance will be captured with the card on file.
Pet Policy
We are sorry to ask your furry family (unless they are a service animal) to stay home.
